Deputy Director - Cairo Office - German Development Bank (KfW)
Mr. Abdel-Rehim is the Deputy Director of the Cairo Office of the German Development Bank (KfW) since 2008. He joined KfW in 2001, after working for 12 years with the Egyptian PACER consultants
where he headed the environment social studies team, and the Dutch IWACo consulting firms where he headed the water and environment team. He also worked as advisor to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency for 3 years.
Mr. Abdel-Rehim earned his first degree in civil engineering in Cairo University, then studied project management in the American University in Cairo, and earned a Master of Science degree from Delft-The Netherlands.
