Ezzeldin Ahmad is a well reputed authority in electronic financial transactions and related services. Prior to acquiring NTG, he has co-founded and managed the National Processing Company (NPC); Egypt’s largest 3rd party processor.
Mr. Ahmad managed NPC until its acquisition by Networks International (NI), a subsidiary of Bank of the Emirates, in 2007. Mr. Ahmad has also served as Strategic planning Director for NI until Q1 2009, where he was responsible for planning their North African growth strategy.
Experience spans years of executive management positions within specialized financial services companies in Egypt with outreach activities in North Africa. Mr. Ahmad has been responsible for all aspects of a company’s life cycle, starting from the inception of the business concept, setting the overall strategy, designing the business plan, putting the companies into operations, all the way to the execution of a profitable exit to all shareholders.
Member in the American, Canadian and Dutch Egyptian chambers of commerce as well as a member in the Federation of Egyptian Industries. He is a board member in a number of companies working in the field of banking services. He received his BSc. Engineering from Helwan University in 1977.
