With the larger portion (almost 40%) of the Ethiopian population under the age of 15, like many African nations, Ethiopia is trying to face the growing challenges of harnessing the potential of its youth. With so many new developments happening on the African continent not only do youth have to feel the positive impact of true change but must also be an integral part of the decision making process which will define their futures and that of a whole continent.
