Under the Auspices of the Ministry of State for Local Developmet, The Cairo University, Georgia State University, and the USAID, will host the Conference of Dicentralization in Egypt on the 25th and 26th of June 2008. The event will be held at the Nile Hitlon Hotel in Cairo and will be attended by over 350 of the the top thinkers in academia, economics and politics. more than 40 expert speakers will present papers, and findings regarding the challenges and opportunites within decentralization.
